HON. JUSTUS MURUNGA ASKS YOUTHS IN MATUNGU TO ENGAGE IN REVENUE-GENERATING PROJECTS

Hon. Murunga cuts the image of a cross between a kind uncle and a formidable successful village businessman with great enthusiasm to lead, serve, represent and fight for his people.

As we continue to fight Corona Matungu Mp insists that we must not lose the sight of a gazelle for a passing squirrel by forgetting about normal life and pushing blames to legislatures because of a passing pandemic.

Hon. Murunga is determined in Representation, Controlling budget, overseeing the presidency, ministries and parastattals plus appointments and most importantly Legislation and properly Running the Constituency Development Fund. He has urged young people from Matungu to also tighten their belts in coming up with initiatives that can be funded by the National Government County Development Fund (NG-CDF) through him.

"All MPs from The county government of Kakamega will be meeting soon with the County Governor to discuss their allocation, strategies and a work plan during this pandemic period, The president issued a directive on how donations will be distributed to cub the spread of the deadly virus and how vulnerable and needy families will be identified and assisted each and every month during this Covid-19 pandemic. Ward admins and local administration will identify the needy families. We can't legislate laws and break them"

From 2017 Hon Murunga enrolled a number of initiatives one being an initiative to assist needy but bright students from primary schools by paying their school fees,  an initiative that has led to high performance by students from different primary schools. If you look around you realize that a larger percentage of people in Matungu are functionally illiterate and Matungu will never be a civilized constituency until we expend more money for books than we do for free WhatsApp data bundles, bad politics and cyberbullying.

In an organized manner,  Elderly people are already receiving "Malipo ya wazee" in different wards in the constituency. All the complete, on going and new projects in Matungu under Hon Justus Murunga are uploaded to the NG-CDF site.

Youth from Matungu always get together with their materials to build a bridge to the moon or maybe a palace on earth; then in middle age they decide to build a woodshed with them instead when leaders are willing to offer a helping hand then they start blaming their leaders and issuing threats. A good percentage of people in  Matungu may not see the advantage of having a college around because to a man who never went to school "A" is just 3 sticks.  This alone has hindered alot of developments.

NAIROBI :WIFE BURNS HER TIPSY HUSBAND TO DEATH IN A CAR

According to an aye witness the car went up in flames, revealed that the tragic incident occurred at around 7 a.m., within the Mai Mahiu Court in the Nairobi estate. "I ran outside with a blanket (to help in putting out the fire) on hearing that there was someone trapped inside a car that was on fire, sadly, the car blew up before I even made it out of my gate," "We still don't know the events that led up to the sad incident. SONKO PURCHASED KSH.498.5 MILLION UPPER HILL OFFICE BEFORE VYING FOR GOVERNOR

Governor Sonko with documents in a previous event Governor Sonko is the legal purchaser of the property - LR. 209\6507 his current private office at Upper Hill  - owned by the Kenya Railways Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme. Sonko entered an agreement with the scheme’s trustees to purchase two portions of the land for Sh498.5 million on April 30, 2019 and that he paid a deposit of Sh144.6 million in accordance with the contract. The purchase happened after three tendering processes between 2017 and 2019.
